Le Safari de Peaugres est l’endroit unique où se rejoignent l’homme, l’animal et la nature.

The Safari de Peaugres harbours approximately 800 animals, of which 170 can be seen in the " drive-through " park, but rest assured, one can visit the park with a camping van or a bus as well as a car. You will encounter impressive animals such as bears and elephants, all the while comfortably seated in your vehicle with windows closed of course. You will then park your vehicle on the parking lot and begin your visit of the zoological gardens.

Comfortably seated inside your car, you will begin your journey around the world in Africa, greeted by Johnty, Ettie, Myntrik and Josepha, our 4 elephants. Trumpeting and mud baths are their favourite daily activities so prepare for a great deal of amusement.

Pursue your journey through Africa and meet the dromedaries, masters of the desert that can go for days without a drink of water. Can you tell how many humps they have? Next you will encounter the animals of the great African plains such as the antelopes, the Watussi cattle with their tremendous horns, the ostriches, the herd of zebras and the hyenas. As you leave Africa to enter North America in just the blink of an eye, be prepared to face the impressive buffalos of the Wild West.

You can go to the picnic area (with tables and benches at your disposal) if you brought your own lunch or you can leave your car in the parking lot and take a walk through the zoological gardens where many more exotic animals await you!
